Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment is an annual event held for the benefit of Chamber members. This is your opportunity to ask the experts questions, evaluate your options and make changes.
Key points to remember when making decisions regarding your plan choice:
-
This is the time to add employees who have waived coverage during the past.
-
This is the only time you may change your group’s benefits during this contract year.
-
All enrollment paperwork MUST be submitted no later than 12:00 PM on Monday, December 14th.
Health Insurance rates will adjust on January 1st. The new rates will appear on your health insurance invoice. This page has been updated to reflect the most current rates which you may check in advance of receiving your 1st quarter invoice.
Please be advised that due to delays in obtaining confirmed rates from the insurance carriers your first quarter 2010 invoice will be later than usual, and will generally not appear until the second or third week of December. Your coverage is NOT in jeopardy, billing delays at this time of year are an industry standard.
Billing Administration
The Niagara USA Chamber has contracted with a third party administrator (TPA) to provide billing services for our insurance program. In addition to handling billing, the third party administrator collects applications and backup documentation relevant to each carrier. Should you have a question regarding billing, please call 285-9141 and follow the prompt.
We ask that you do not contact third party administrator to check on the status of your invoicing unless you have not received an invoice by January 15th.
