Univera Healthcare will be offering Active Univera, effective January 01, 2010. Members who are currently enrolled in Simply Univera may stay in their existing plan or they can replace that plan with the new Active Univera plan design. With this new ACTIVE UNIVERA option, members will have access to an expanded participating provider network consisting of 41 counties across NY State and a national network-BEECHSTREET- for services rendered outside of the NY State area .You will also be eligible to earn cash back ($500 for singles and $1000 for families) by participating in our Active Rewards program.
